FREDERIK DELBART

(Belgium, 1988)
is an

Antwerp-based designer and creative director active in Furniture, Lighting, Product and Interior Design.

Voted Belgian Designer of the Year in 2018, Delbart stands out for his consistency in challenging the process of creation, often with materials like stone, wood, glass and metal. The Antwerp-based designer and creative director is hands-on in every step of the design and creation process, always with an eye to sustainability and an open mind to ever evolving technology and time honored craftsmanship.

It all culminates in objects that equally honor their users, makers and materials — an outlook that has garnered awards from the likes of Biennale Interieur Kortrijk, KnackWeekend, LeVif Weekend, the Designmuseum Gent and CID Grand Hornu.

Frederik Delbart works both as a signature designer for brands, as for private clients with his own editions.
